Executive General Manager
Ponder is responsible for all activity in the inHANCE Division. The inHANCE Division, with primary offices in Tyler, Texas, and Twin Falls, Idaho, serves over 800 CIS and financial customers in 42 US states, and 2 Canadian provinces. In addition to his inHANCE divisional responsibilities, Ponder works within the Harris corporate leadership team and manages the iONE solution,
based upon Harris’ strong partnership with Microsoft.
Ponder has been in the vertical software since 1987, where he has been involved in all aspects of the software business. Prior to joining Harris in 2004, he served six years in senior management positions for Invensys, Inc. and Sensus Metering Inc.’s software divisions. Previously, he owned and operated vertical software and technology companies. He developed and marketed a municipal property tax system for small Texas City governments. During that time he also served as a technology consultant for small businesses and government entities, helping decision makers evaluate and implement vertical software solutions. Ponder’s strong background in IT, business, and experience in the utility industry, allows him to have a deep understanding of our customer’s day to day needs and challenges.
Research and Developement
Eugene leads the inHANCE Division Research & Development staff and oversees all inHANCE divisional products. Eugene’s unique skill set mix, based on a deep understanding of business processes, as well as the technical architecture of mission critical software design, provides the division with excellent Research and Development Leadership. His management focus is to listen to our customers and market, then direct our solutions and resources to meet their needs. He has served as a senior software engineer for over 16 years within the utility industry. He has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas, Tyler.
