A need exists for field personnel to access information regarding work orders that they are responsible for as well as being able to create new work orders as the need arises in the field. This new stand-alone program makes use of the most current technology and is integrated into the inHANCE Customer Information System. Once loaded and configured on a laptop, tablet, or pc, the remote user can download assigned work orders, process work order activities, and upload the updated work orders back into the inHANCE system.
